Danielle Dobson is a leadership consultant, speaker, author and former CPA who helps leaders and teams decode the hidden patterns shaping performance, communication and decision-making. Her career spans finance, corporate leadership and global commercial roles across Australia, the UK, Europe and the US, including working on a steel mill in Italy, giving her a strong commercial lens and a grounded understanding of what leadership looks like in practice.  

Danielle is the author of Breaking the Gender Code and creator of the Reveal, Decode, Recode™ framework, which helps leaders identify what to keep, delete and create for stronger outcomes.  

She is also widely recognised for her work with women and leaders in majority-male environments, helping them navigate complexity, build influence and perform at their best. Now in her third year as a WiBF Awards judge, Danielle brings a thoughtful, practical and deeply relevant perspective to recognising leadership, influence and impact.
