Opportunities and Challenges for Queensland in the Lead Up to the Olympics – Hosted by WiBF, ANZ & Ashurst

Brisbane is Host City of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Games are set to deliver $8.1 billion in benefits to Queensland including a $4.6 billion economic boost to tourism and trade and $3.5 billion in social benefits (KPMG, 2021).

Join Co-Hosts ANZ and Ashurst for an evening cocktail event, where they are joined by a panel of experts to discuss the lead up to the 2032 Olympic Games.

Together, panellists will explore the challenges, opportunities and the potential impact on Queensland businesses.

Elena Lambros, Risk Advisory Partner at Ashurst will moderate the event and promises to leave no stone unturned, as she challenges the panel to provide targeted insights.

Key topics for discussion include the environmental and social impact of hosting the Olympic games and how Queensland industry can best navigate and benefit from the challenges ahead.
