Yannie is the Head of Credit & Sales Institutional Technology. Yannie leads a newly formed team of specialists who work in partnership with and support our Wholesale Credit, Corporate Finance and Research & Economics businesses to innovate and help shape our ANZ Institutional Bank strategy. Yannie’s tech portfolio includes carriage of ANZ’s Institutional Tech Strategies for Credit, Data & Analytics, ESG and CRM.

Previous to ANZ, Yannie held multiple global and regional roles at Lehman, Nomura Securities and Citi. Yannie’s career has focused on business transformation with demonstrable success in large scale productivity, change, innovation and client delivery across Operations and Technology (O&T). Her banking career has spanned multiple business lines in Venture Investment, FinTech, Enterprise O&T, Institutional Banking, and locations such US, Japan, Hong Kong, Philippines, and Australia.

Yannie holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. She is a strong advocate of women in finance.

Jacquelyn Humphrey is an Associate Professor in Finance and the Finance Discipline Convenor (Head) at the UQ Business School, University of Queensland. Jacquelyn’s research expertise is in sustainable finance, and she has an active cross-disciplinary research agenda in sustainable business more broadly. Jacquelyn has taught across all university levels and most recently has been heavily involved in the development of a new Master of Finance and Investment Management degree at UQ. She was previously a Vice President of the Finance Research Network where she oversaw a career-development program for academic women in finance across Australia and New Zealand.

Sabine Matook is a Professor in Information Systems at the UQ Business School, University of Queensland. She is a digital technology scholar with an interest in systems development and social media. Dr. Matook is on the editorial boards of various leading information systems journals, including MIS Quarterly (MISQ). Currently, she is the Secretary of the Council of the Association for Information Systems (AIS), the professional body of more than 5,500 members from the Information Systems field. Her work has appeared repeatedly in Financial Times FT 50-ranked journals. She is a Senior Research Fellow with the Weizenbaum Institute for the Networked Society – The German Internet Institute. Dr. Matook is also a passionate educator and a champion for work-integrated learning in higher education. She received 2024 an Australian National Teaching Award citation and is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE, an advanced level of professional standing.

Sharon is the Executive Chair and majority owner of InterFinancial, a corporate advisory and growth consulting firm specialising in mid-market mergers and acquisitions. InterFinancial is the Australian partner of Clairfield International a global partnership of mergers and acquisition firms, and is frequently ranked in the top 10 mergers and acquisition practices in Australia & New Zealand.  Sharon leads a team of 15 M&A specialists, that leverage their strong industry experience to ensure their clients achieve more. Sharon is particularly active in the financial services and technology sectors.

In addition , Sharon is a Non-Executive Director at TechnologyOne (an ASX100 listed B2B SaaS company) and Auto & General Insurance Company (the licensee for Budget Direct Insurance and Compare the Market).
