Kate Boorer is the co-founder of Quantum Impact Group and Author of the book Core Confidence, Kate is one of Australia’s leading experts on career, confidence and personal brand.

Having navigated an executive career in finance, Kate is now dedicated to enabling women to face, manage and navigate the personal barriers standing in the way of creating the career and life they want. Kate draws on her results with clients, her passion for driving change and the collective voice of her community – this makes her a powerful thought leader for gender equality.

Working with organisations, Kate facilitates round-tables, webinars, workshops and leadership programs, including specific Women in Leadership engagements. Kate is also a keynote presenter at events and conferences in Australia and internationally.

Fiona Pearman is the co-founder of Quantum Impact Group and co-author of the book Core Confidence. Quantum Impact Group exists to amplify women’s authentic power, increase the pipeline of female talent and create inclusive workplaces where everyone thrives. Working with organisations, Quantum Impact Group facilitate round-tables, webinars, workshops and leadership programs, including specific Women in Leadership engagements. Fiona is also a keynote presenter at events and conferences in Australia and internationally. Fiona also makes her work available to the broader public via the Acts of Confidence Program.
