We explored big questions like this at the Find Your Career in Banking & Finance Panel & Expo in Melbourne, where students and emerging professionals came together to hear directly from industry leaders about what’s changing and what opportunities are emerging.

From AI and the future of work to the skills employers are really looking for, the conversation highlighted something important: there has never been more opportunity to build a career in banking and finance.

The event featured an insightful panel discussion, we were thrilled to hear from Professor Susan Thorpe, Ananyaa Duggal and panellists Paulina Skorupski, NAB, Galia Jenshel, Accenture and Damian Kwok, ANZ.

The evening then continued with a Careers Expo and networking opportunity, giving attendees the chance to connect directly with professionals and learn more about the diverse pathways available across the industry.
