Overview

Advanced viewing for WiBF members of latest research on gender inequity specific to Australian financial services. WiBF members will hear about the current trends and emerging issues organizations are focused on, as well as what organisations are omitting/ not disclosing (i.e., pay gap, sexual harassment). The webinar will also include findings from interviews with financial services employees making change in the sector – what is working, what is not, reflections on where we have come from and the opportunities for change. We will also discuss the implications of amended legislation to increase transparency on gender pay gap reporting – what it means for WiBF members.
