Jason Engelbrecht is the Head of Citi Innovation Labs, London. With a background in digital product development and digital transformation, his passion is helping businesses break into new markets through the better use of data and applied research. He has over 20 years’ experience building digital products and services for the banking, insurance, scientific, energy, and legal sectors. Having led AI and analytics product teams within Bloomberg and Refinitiv and being a hands-on techie and data scientist.

Rana Bhattacharya, Chief Digital and Information Officer, joined Cynergy Bank in 2022 as Chief Digital and Information Officer and oversees the organisation’s digital and IT strategy and operations, with a focus on enhancing the digital experience for customers.

Recognised by Computing as one of the top 250 IT Leaders in 2019 and by Fintech Magazine as one of the top 100 Fintech leaders in 2021, Rana has over 20 years of experience in leading digital and IT transformation within the financial and professional services sector. He has previously held senior IT leadership roles at Atom Bank, Tesco Bank, Nationwide Building Society and Accenture.

Calum Davis is the Senior Global Alliances Manager at Amazon Web Services and WiBF’s Board Observer. He works with Asia based technology companies (such as Atlassian and Canva) expand internationally and deliver new products to market. Prior to Amazon he worked in Microsoft’s incubation organisation, building out new businesses in advertising, cloud infrastructure and mobile device management. Calum has 15 years of experience in the tech sector leading teams to invent for tomorrow. He is passionate about how automation will affect the future of work (again).

Grace Kerrison is LinkedIn’s Head of Sales Solutions – APAC. She is passionate about diversity and equality in the workplace and a strong advocate for ensuring the importance of “S” in ESG is top of mind for businesses, industry and government. Grace has 20+ years of experience as an international business leader with a demonstrated history of building high performing teams and businesses in high-tech industries. A change agent with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, she has earned the reputation for leading turnarounds and pioneering new go to market motions for global organizations and helping start-ups scale and grow.

WIBF’s President Sangeeta Venkatesan. She’s an experienced banker, board advisor, investor, and entrepreneur.

Sangeeta has worked with some of the most prominent and globally recognised firms such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Nomura, and The Commonwealth Bank of Australia across the globe including London, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney, in senior roles, and went on to co-found an award winning fintech.

She currently serves on several boards including Mercer Investments, SW Accountants & Advisors, and RSL Lifecare and is an advisory board member at Risk Australia.
