WiBF 2023 Community Report

Women in Banking and Finance is proud to present the 2023 Community Report, highlighting a year of remarkable growth and achievements for the organisation. WiBF has steadfastly promoted diversity and empowerment in the finance and banking sector, resulting in significant progress and numerous new initiatives. Key milestones of 2023 include the expansion of WiBF’s offerings to an international audience, notably through a ground-breaking global event on artificial intelligence in collaboration with WiBF UK. Our Corporate Membership spanned over 80 corporate members with offices in more than 40 countries. WiBF also doubled its membership inclusions and launched new educational programs in 2023, receiving overwhelming positive feedback. With 15 new corporate members and three additional universities joining in 2023, WiBF continues to grow its community. The year saw a record number of participants in weekly webinars, in-person events, and the National Industry Awards, which had 600 guests in attendance. As WiBF looks ahead to 2024, the commitment to supporting members’ professional journeys remains strong, promising more opportunities for collaboration and advancement. A huge thank you to all supporters of our WiBF community, we’re looking forward to another year of shared success and impactful growth for WiBF.
