Following our event with Monash University in Melbourne, we continued the conversation today with Swinburne University of Technology for Exploring Pathways to Success: Careers in Banking & Finance.

It was another fantastic afternoon bringing students, graduates and industry professionals together to talk about something that matters to all of us: how do you build a career you’re proud of in an industry that’s constantly evolving? This time, the conversation centred on the different pathways into banking and finance, the realities of building a career and the practical steps emerging professionals can take to stand out, build connections and make the most of opportunities.
