WiBF and ANZ host a dynamic Think Productive In-Person Masterclass

This week, WiBF partnered with ANZ to host an In-Person Masterclass delivered by renowned facilitator Julie Jones from Think Productive and the room was buzzing from start to finish. The session focused on one of the most critical human skills for career success: the ability to influence and persuade others.

Through interactive exercises and real-world scenarios, the group practiced:

• Active listening that deepens understanding
• Empathetic questioning to uncover motivations
• Positive framing to bring others along
• Insights into how different people think and respond
• Awareness of how organisational culture supports, or challenges, effective influence

Attendees left with a toolkit of practical techniques and a clearer understanding of how influencing truly works. One participant shared, “it was a great session, Julie is a wonderful facilitator and it was the perfect length.”
