WiBF Mentoring for Success Program 2026 official launch

The 2026 WiBF Mentoring for Success Program officially launched yesterday, bringing together one of the most impactful leadership development cohorts in our industry.

More than 1,730 participants have participated in the WiBF Mentoring for Success Program since it launched 17 years ago. It has become a cornerstone initiative for the industry, supporting professionals across retail banking, institutional banking, superannuation, insurance, funds management and beyond to grow through meaningful, structured mentoring relationships.
The program continues to be recognised for its ability to create real and lasting impact, with participants developing capability in:
- Inclusive and adaptive leadership
- Confidence, influence and communication
- Strategic thinking and innovation
- Cross-industry connection and collaboration
