WiBF’s Half Day Senior Executive Women Program

Today, senior executive women from across the banking and financial services gathered at the Real Asset Management Group and Brighten offices in Sydney for WiBF’s Half Day Senior Executive Women Program with internationally recognised leadership expert Dr Louise Mahler.

As careers progress, the expectations on leaders to command presence, influence decisions, and handle high-stakes conversations only intensify. Yet even the most experienced executives are often left without the practical tools to do this with confidence and authenticity.

That’s where this program makes the difference, giving participants the missing ingredient in leadership: the integration of body, voice and emotional frameworks.

Through this dynamic, hands-on style session, participants sharpened skills in:
🔹 Body language & presence – eye contact, posture, and spatial psychology
🔹 Vocal power – unlocking the voice of leadership and how psychology shapes sound
🔹 Frameworks for influence – navigating tough conversations, engaging presentations, and impactful feedback

At WiBF, we’re proud to create opportunities that bring together senior executive women to connect, stretch their skills, and walk away with tools they can apply immediately.

If you’re a senior leader who already presents with confidence but wants to elevate your impact even further and do it alongside peers at the top of their game don’t miss the next cohort.

A huge thank you to our corporate member Real Asset Management Group and Brighten for hosting such an energising and insightful session.
