Workshop Recap: Inclusive & Adaptive Leadership in Sydney

Today, leaders from across the industry came together at Deloitte Australia in Sydney for a powerful afternoon of learning, reflection and connection at WiBF’s Inclusive & Adaptive Leadership Workshop.

As workplaces continue to evolve, the conversations in the room centred on a question many leaders are grappling with: How do we lead people effectively through change while creating environments where everyone can thrive?

Participants explored practical approaches to inclusive leadership, psychological safety, adaptability and navigating complexity, while sharing experiences, challenges and insights with peers from across the industry. The discussion was honest, engaging and a reminder that great leadership isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about creating the conditions for people and teams to succeed.

Delivered as part of the WiBF Mentoring for Success Program, the workshop provided a valuable opportunity for emerging and established leaders alike to invest in their growth and strengthen the skills needed for the future of work.
