2026 Bank of America Employee Fair

Bringing people together, strengthening internal connections and creating space for meaningful conversations, the 2026 Bank of America Employee Fair once again delivered a high-energy and engaging experience for employees across Sydney and Melbourne. Designed to spark connection across internal teams, the event encouraged employees to step out of their day-to-day roles, build new relationships, and explore the resources, initiatives and opportunities available across the organisation.

The WiBF team was proud to be part of the event, connecting with Bank of America employees and sharing our programs focused on leadership, inclusion, wellbeing and career development. The level of engagement and curiosity across both cities was fantastic to see. As Kate Stone, Head of M&A (Australia) at Bank of America and WiBF Director shared: “WiBF plays an important role in bringing people together across the industry, creating connection and opportunity that supports both individuals and organisations like Bank of America to grow and thrive.”

A big thank you to Kate Stone, Jim Barrett-Lennard, Chief Operating Officer, Vicki Hallett, Human Resources Generalist, and the entire Bank of America team for delivering such a standout event. We look forward to continuing the partnership and sharing more ways to connect and inspire through WiBF.
