VIRTUAL - WiBF The Better Response in Practice: Real Situations, Practiced Responses

**This WiBF Masterclass offers CPD Points (1 pt)**

Masterclass date: Thursday 14th October 2027

Turn insight into action and practise responding differently in the moments that matter most.

Knowing how you want to respond and doing so in the moment can be two very different things. This practical masterclass helps participants move beyond awareness to apply The Better Response™ framework to real workplace challenges.

Participants bring a situation they are currently navigating, identify the patterns behind it and explore alternative ways to respond. Through small-group discussion, role-play and guided practice, you will rehearse difficult conversations, address simmering tensions before they escalate or prepare for significant changes ahead. The shared experience also creates opportunities to connect with others and recognise common challenges.

Building on the accompanying webinar, this interactive session uses research-informed approaches to practice, rehearsal and habit formation to help participants turn new insights into lasting behavioural change. Webinar attendance is not essential.

  • Develop a personalised Better Response plan for a real workplace situation.
  • Practise a response you can apply immediately.
  • Build practical strategies to navigate challenging conversations and situations with greater intention.
  • Strengthen your ability to develop new response habits over time.
  • Connect with peers and learn from shared experiences.

All genders are welcome to participate in the masterclass!
