Ricky is a highly versatile and intuitive coach and facilitator working with high-performance individuals, teams and organisations through APAC and EMEA regions. She specialises in helping them increase their leadership effectiveness and influence, and lead with courage, conviction and care.

Ricky is committed to helping clients improve their short- and long-term career objectives, maintain their focus on their authentic style and behaviour and build their own personal brand. She is a highly credentialed Certified Human Resource Professional, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Engagement Coach (USA), Certified  Speaking Professional (CSP) Presenter for Hargraves Institute of Innovation, and expert facilitator for the CEO Institute and Vistage (formerly TEC).

Ricky has 30 years’ experience working with education and professional services industries including legal, banking, finance, engineering, manufacturing and logistics. She has authored four leadership books, many resources and eBooks, and is a well-known media resource and commentator.

Suzanne works with leaders to close that gap. She is considered one of Australia’s leading experts on Imposter Syndrome and its impact on performance, is the author of Liberate Leadership, and holds a management qualification from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM). Her experience setting up a greenfield marketing department to serve the Asia Pacific region for a consulting practice means she understands your strategic and leadership challenges. Driving business development for national practice groups in the legal sector has given her experience of your bottom-line pressures.

She has a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology (University of Sydney); MBA (AGSM); is ICF accredited; and uses tools such as Hogan, Leadership Circle, Strengths, ACT, and mental health first aid. She is known for her supportive and empathetic approach and looks forward to working with you.

Karen is an Executive Coach (PCC), Certified Menopause Coach, and multi-award-winning author of Be Your Own Leadership Coach. With more than 30 years’ experience in professional services, including 24 years as a Partner at Deloitte, she has designed and led executive coaching programs for women leaders and group coaching initiatives focused on managing menopause in the workplace.

Now leading her own coaching practice, Karen combines her lived leadership experience, 2,500+ one-on-one coaching hours, and Master of Science in Coaching Psychology to support professionals in building confidence, self-awareness, and leadership impact. Her coaching empowers clients to navigate career progression, leadership transitions, team development, and workplace challenges while developing practical self-coaching strategies for long-term growth and success.

Sue is an experienced executive coach and facilitator, with a particular passion for coaching professionals and their teams to be courageous, compassionate and curious.

Prior to running her own boutique coaching practice Sue worked in finance teams in a diverse range of organisations, including as a CFO, having commenced her career as a chartered accountant in public practice.

She holds a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching & Leadership, has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Accounting, is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Association for Coaching (AC) and a Fellow of the ICAEW.
