Celebrating Our Senior Executive Women Program

Recently we were delighted to bring together an inspiring group of senior leaders for WiBF’s Half Day Senior Executive Women Program in Sydney. Hosted at the beautiful Quay Quarter Tower by Deloitte Australia, the session created a valuable space for connection, reflection and growth. We’re also proud to recognise Deloitte as a new WiBF Corporate Member for 2026 an exciting step forward in our shared commitment to supporting diversity in our industry.

Facilitated by the incredibly talented Dr Louise Mahler, the session focused on the power of presence, equipping attendees with practical tools to strengthen their voice, body language and communication in high-stakes situations. It was an engaging and impactful morning, with many valuable insights shared across the room.

We’re also thrilled to celebrate Dr Mahler’s recent recognition as a Top 150 Thought Leader in the 2026 Thinkers360 Awards, where she has also been named among the Top 50 global thought leaders in Leadership, an incredible and well-deserved achievement.
