Kate Stone is Head of M&A (Australia) at Bank of America. Kate joined Bank of America in 2019 as Head of Consumer, Retail & Healthcare after 13 years at Credit Suisse. In 2022, Kate was appointed as Head of Corporate Finance and in 2025 was appointed Head of M&A. Kate has had global experience working primarily on strategic M&A transactions across Sydney, London, Johannesburg and Singapore. Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) majoring in Finance and Accounting attained on a Co-operative Education Scholarship from the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
