Inspiring the Next Generation of Banking and Finance Leaders

WiBF would like to extend our sincere thanks to the ANZ team for helping create such an inspiring experience for more than 40 high school students as part of the UNSW Girls in Business Camp.

Through sharing their personal career journeys, industry insights and expertise, they gave students a genuine glimpse into the opportunities available within banking and finance. The case studies and discussion on how AI is transforming our industry sparked curiosity, confidence and excitement about what their future could look like. We were happy to hear that the students were so engaged they didn’t want the session to end!

This is exactly why WiBF is so passionate about connecting young people with our industry, creating opportunities to inspire, encourage and empower the next generation of talent.

A special thank you to Rhiannon Tout from UNSW and the team at ANZ, Lucinda Williams, Jarrod Cassidy, Lourdes Mo, Lachlan Phillips, Amanda Pham, Michelle Wong, Gabrielle Bradley, Abbey O’Donnell and Katherine O’Connor for sharing your time, stories and passion. You really made this experience memorable, and we are incredibly grateful for your support.
