WiBF Leaders Building Futures

Develop people, strengthen accountability and achieve better results through coaching conversations.

Program Overview

Effective leadership isn’t always about having the answers. It’s about creating the conditions for others to think critically, take ownership and reach their full potential.

Leaders Building Futures equips leaders and professionals with practical skills to develop capability, strengthen judgement and improve performance across their teams. Drawing on a coaching approach, participants learn to shift from solving problems for others to using purposeful conversations that build confidence, encourage independent thinking and create greater accountability.

Through curiosity, questioning and active listening, participants will explore how to build trust, encourage collaboration and develop people while achieving stronger outcomes across teams, projects and stakeholders.

Participants will learn how to:

Lead conversations that build ownership, accountability and capability.
Use purposeful questioning and active listening to strengthen judgement and decision-making.
Create trust and psychological safety to encourage contribution, learning and collaboration.
Build engagement and commitment while developing the confidence and capability of others.
Apply practical leadership frameworks to improve individual and team performance.
Develop sustainable leadership habits that strengthen capability over time.

Delivery

The program consists of five virtual sessions, each running for two hours, delivered fortnightly via Zoom.
