WiBF 2026 Annual General Meeting
18 May 2026
Women in Banking and Finance (WiBF) recently held its 2026 Annual General Meeting, reflecting on another exceptional year of growth, impact and community engagement across the industry. In her President’s Report, WiBF President Natalie Vanstone celebrated the organisation’s continued momentum, with WiBF reaching a new record of 102 corporate members, welcoming 15 new corporate members in 2025 and representing more than 600,000 individuals across corporate and university memberships. Member satisfaction also reached a new high for the fourth consecutive year, with more than 93% of members reporting they were satisfied with their WiBF membership and benefits. As Natalie shared, “Together, we are creating a future where everyone has the chance to grow, lead and belong.”

Throughout 2025, WiBF continued to expand its reach and impact through webinars, masterclasses, partnership events and university collaborations across the country. More than 7,800 registrations were received across 36 webinars, over 2,300 registrations across 13 in-person partnership events, and thousands of students engaged through collaborations across 18 universities. WiBF also welcomed more than 22,000 unique users to the WiBF member dashboard, demonstrating the growing engagement of the WiBF community and the increasing demand for professional development, connection and leadership opportunities across the sector.
We extend our sincere thanks to all WiBF Directors, with every Director in attendance at the AGM, for their ongoing leadership, commitment and support of the organisation’s vision. We also warmly thanked Kalani Wheeler as WiBF Company Secretary and acknowledged the outstanding contribution of WiBF Board Chair Diana D’Ambra AM for her continued guidance and leadership. Thank you to all our members, partners, sponsors, university collaborators, volunteers and champions who continue to help grow and strengthen the WiBF community.
