WiBF & ANZ International Women’s Day Luncheon – National Art Gallery of NSW

Full capacity once again for this wonderful annual celebration. A powerful room united with purpose to Balance the Scales for International Women’s Day 2026. Thank you to everyone who joined WiBF and ANZ at the stunning Art Gallery of New South Wales for an energising and thought-provoking celebration of leadership, equity and action.

Our exceptional moderator, Kunal Dey lead a beautiful conversation with our outstanding panellists: Kristy Graham, Stephanie Russo and Dr Lucy Buxton who delivered a compelling and forward-focused discussion on how leadership, policy, sustainability and corporate responsibility intersect with equity and justice, challenging us all to move beyond intention and into meaningful action. Thank you also to WiBF President, Natalie Vanstone for her inspiring and engaging opening remarks and to WiBF Director, Nicole Chung for delivering such thoughtful and compelling closing reflections.

We were also delighted to have senior leaders in the room representing over 20+ organisations across the industry, alongside WiBF CEO Stephanie Girard, WiBF Directors Darren Boulos, Simon Warner and Kate Stone, WiBF Secretary Kalani Wheeler and WiBF Board Observer Calum Davis, thank you for your continued leadership and commitment to our community.

It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate and connect with our WiBF community. Thank you all for contributing to such a purposeful and inspiring afternoon.
