Paulina Skorupski is the Head of Audit – Professional Practices at NAB, where she leads audit planning and monitoring, methodology, quality assurance and learning and development across the Internal Audit function. A CPA-qualified finance professional with a Master’s in Applied Finance, Paulina has nearly 20 years of experience in internal audit, risk management and governance across NAB, Commonwealth Bank, HSBC, KPMG and EY. Passionate about advancing women in finance, she is a strong advocate for inclusive leadership, sponsorship and creating opportunities for women to thrive and lead.
