Rebecca Warren

Rebecca Warren is the Executive General Manager of Small Business Banking at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), leading a diverse team that includes Small Business Bankers and Analysts, Business Home Lending, Broker, Agency and Specialist Services, and Operations teams.

She has previously led the BB and IB&M Business Marketing, Strategy and Transformation and Specialists solutions teams, including our Women in Focus team, during her tenure at CBA, and prior to joining CBA, she held various senior roles at NAB and St. George Bank, covering Business and Corporate Banking, and Retail Banking.

Rebecca is a strategic thinker with extensive experience in leadership, product management, and commercial decision making, and is a passionate champion of building diverse teams to reflect the customers we serve. She has extensive experience with the unique challenges women face in the workplace, particularly in leadership roles, and is committed to empowering those that come behind her. She has a highly developed ability to lead, motivate and inspire a customer-centric culture that is “future-fit”. She is a strong believer in coaching for results and building strong performance management frameworks to support differentiated customer experiences. Rebecca has a Bachelor of Business, Post Grad in Applied Finance, MBA from the Australian Graduate School
