Celebrating the 2025 WiBF Mentoring for Success Program Finale

We were proud to have hosted the 2025 Mentoring for Success Program Finale last week bringing together our incredible cohort of participants, WiBF board members, HR partners and our wider community both in person at Macquarie’s beautiful Sydney office and online.

The evening featured inspiring reflections from our program leaders, thoughtful insights from our guest speakers and a dynamic panel conversation exploring leadership, capability building and cross-industry collaboration. It was a powerful reminder of the impact that structured mentoring, community support and intentional career development can have across the banking and finance sector.
