Coming Together for the Women in Banking and Finance Economic Outlook in Sydney

On 25th May, the Women in Banking and Finance (WiBF) community gathered in Sydney for an impactful and insightful Economic Outlook event, in partnership with our member, ANZ. The venue was abuzz with enthusiasm and a shared commitment to advancing women in the financial industry.

The event provided a valuable opportunity for attendees to reconnect with familiar faces, expand their professional networks, and actively engage in panel discussions that shed light on the economic landscape. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who attended, as your presence contributed to the vibrant atmosphere and success of the event.

Our gratitude extends to ANZ, the generous venue hosts, for their unwavering support and partnership. Their commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within the banking sector is commendable, and we are grateful for their continued collaboration.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to our esteemed panelists: Cherelle Murphy, Felicity Emmett, Kristina Clifton, and Su-Lin Ong. Their expertise and insights greatly enriched the event, providing attendees with a deeper understanding of the economic outlook and its implications for the financial industry.

WiBF remains committed to fostering an environment where women can thrive and excel in their careers. The Economic Outlook event in Sydney exemplified our dedication to providing a platform for thought leadership, knowledge-sharing, and networking opportunities.

We look forward to future events and collaborations that will continue to propel us towards a more inclusive and equitable industry. Together, we can create a brighter future for women in banking and finance, driving innovation, and leading positive change.
