Alice Tang

CEO, Amplify AI Group

Alice Tang is a senior financial services executive with 25 years of experience at Macquarie Group, MA Financial and Deloittes. She is now CEO of Amplify AI Group, (www.amplifygroup.ai) a Gen AI consulting firm for the finance industry and works with Board and management teams on their Gen AI strategy and uplifting organisations’ AI capabilities.

In her executive role, Alice was the COO of MA Asset Management, a global diversified asset manager and partnered with the investment and distribution teams to 2.9x their Asset Under Management from $3.5bn to $10.3bn during her 6 years tenure. Her broad remit includes product, fund operations, fund accounting, client services, risk management and data, AI and technology. She was also an executive director on the board of trustees for 5 years, overseeing governance for retail, institutional and wholesale investors.

Prior to MA Asset Management, Alice was at the Macquarie Group for 16 years where she held leadership positions in investment, fund management and risk and compliance roles. Her career highlights include managing 9 shopping centres in China for global institutional investors and implementing Salesforce for 1200 investment bankers in 30 locations.

Alice was recently named a Winner in the Women in Digital award for the 2025 Digital Transformation Leader of the Year.  Passionate about empowering others, she has mentored students and women for over 15 years and serves on the UNSW Alumni Advisory Committee.
