Blair Wark is a financial services leader with more than 25 years of international experience in senior roles across London, New York and the Asia-Pacific region.
He has lead financial and operational teams for RBC across Asia Pacific as CFO, COO, and as the Chief Country Officer in Australia.
Passionate about our industry, his main focus areas are strategy, building partnerships, and managing large, high-performing teams.
Blair has been with RBC since 2010, having joined as a Director, Head of Finance. Nearly a decade on, he is still impressed and inspired by what his teams of talented people achieve in fulfilling the purpose to help their clients thrive and local communities prosper.
His teams across the region are incredibly diverse, which he believes is one of their greatest strengths. To do his part in fostering diversity and inclusion in our industry, he has served as Chair and active of the RBC Australian Diversity Council since 2016 and mentor young leaders across the industry through Women in Banking & Finance.
In July of 2021 Blair was honoured to join the Board of Aminata Maternal Foundation, an Australian not for profit empowering women and saving the lives of women and babies in Sierra Leone.
