Her work in these areas includes major IT and business process outsourcing projects, energy transition and advising clients in relation to data risk management and privacy issues, including responses to cyber events and data breach notification matters. Clare works closely with the Ashurst Risk Advisory team on regulatory uplift projects, including compliance with CPS 230, DORA and MAS and regulation of critical infrastructure assets.
