Lucille Keen is an experienced senior corporate affairs leader, who has provided strategic communications, government relations and investor relations counsel to global, regional and national C-suite executives and board directors throughout her career. Currently Lucille manages State Government Relations at ANZ, where she has responsibility for driving meaningful conversations with government and the bank, while building and protecting ANZ’s reputation in the market.
ANZ’s purpose is to shape a world where people and communities thrive. ANZ is a major Australian bank, headquartered in Melbourne, and is the largest institutional bank in Australia. Lucille began her time at ANZ managing media relations, after returning to Australia from Hong Kong in 2021. Prior to joining ANZ Lucille held a number of global head of function positions at renowned companies such as EY and PwC, where she managed and built collaborative, agile and resilient teams across the world. As a former senior political and financial journalist for a decade, with six years at Australia’s premier business and economic affairs newspaper The Australian Financial Review, Lucille has a strong understanding of Australia’s political and media landscapes.
