Muskaan Chouhan

Muskaan Chouhan began her banking career in February 2023 and has quickly made her mark at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. With a background in Law, she joined Business Banking as a Graduate before stepping up as Product Manager for Real Time Payments. Muskaan is dedicated to advocating for customers, particularly those facing vulnerability or hardship. She now leads group-wide initiatives on Real Time Payments innovation, fraud, scams, and customer vulnerability governance. Beyond her role, she hosts regular education sessions, mentors women of colour into permanent roles, and actively supports her community. Muskaan is a rising leader in ethical, customer-focused banking.
