Nina Witenden

Nina Witenden is a Gallup Signature Strength accredited coach with over 25 years of experience in Business Development, operational management, and consultancy. She has an extensive professional background in the business and corporate sector, having worked in senior positions in leading organisations such as Westpac, AMP, CFS and NAB.

Nina’s primary interest has always been people, which includes attracting and retaining talent, professional development, and employee engagement. Her zone of genius lies in strength profiling and development planning, which has resulted in teams she has coached through an organisation integration, start ups and various operations exceed their KPI’s significantly.

During a career break, Nina pursued a Masters in NLP, completed Graduate studies in HR, studied Coaching and became a Gallup Signature Strengths accredited coach. She also holds a Masters in Management, and industry qualifications in Financial Planning.

Nina founded A Perfect Plan to help organisations create high-performing teams and build inclusive, diverse, and mutually supportive workplaces by developing and implementing effective strategies.
