Reagan Koryozo is currently the Asia Pacific Lead for Cyber Security, Dev Tools and Observability Alliances at Amazon Web Services. A career in Cyber spanning 15 years, prior to Amazon he worked at Trend Micro (a global leader in Cyber Security) where he consulted with the ASX 200 on operationalizing threat detection, corporate compliance and risk mitigation. Reagan is active in the Asia Pacific Cyber Security industry, and considered a thought leader by industry peers.

Bernard Cacayan is the Senior Manager of Application Security for the Westpac Group where he leads a high performing team responsible for ensuring software developers deliver secure applications at scale.

With over 15 years of cybersecurity experience in a major Australian bank, Bernard has driven success across all cybersecurity domains. Between 2017 and 2021, Bernard was the Lead Information Security Architect where he drove the technical direction of Westpac’s next generation of cyber security capabilities and significantly improved the bank’s ability to manage cyber risk. Prior to this, Bernard spent over 7 years defending Westpac’s systems and customers from cyber threats in a variety of operations, incident response and consulting roles.

Bernard is a passionate lifelong learner since graduating with a Bachelor of Information Technology (with honours) from the University Sydney in 2006. He enjoys solving problems using technology and inspires the people around him to do the same.

Kevin has over 20 Years of experience in security delivering technical and leadership roles.

In his current role at IG Group, he leads the IT security capability and is accountable for security operations, security engineering, application security, privilege access and identity access.

Prior to IG, Kevin has held various roles delivering managed security services and operating in central government. He also had a 15-year career in the Royal Air Force operating in various roles aligned with telecommunications and IT security.

Kevin is currently studying an Executive MBA in Leadership & Senior Management (part-time) at Cranfield University, which takes him far beyond security and the world of cyber.

Annabel is a Senior Manager in EY’s Financial Services Cybersecurity Consulting practice, based in London. With over a decade at EY, including secondments in the US and Spain, Annabel leads client engagements and drives business development activity across Cybersecurity and Data Privacy. Annabel recognises that staying ahead of cyber risks and privacy threats requires a global mindset and diversity of thought.

Calum Davis is the Senior Global Alliances Manager at Amazon Web Services and WiBF’s Board Observer. He works with Asia based technology companies (such as Atlassian and Canva) expand internationally and deliver new products to market. Prior to Amazon he worked in Microsoft’s incubation organisation, building out new businesses in advertising, cloud infrastructure and mobile device management. Calum has 15 years of experience in the tech sector leading teams to invent for tomorrow. He is passionate about how automation will affect the future of work (again).
