Launch of the new Inclusion Management System (IMS)

We’re pleased to announce the launch of the new Inclusion Management System (IMS) for WiBF Dashboard Managers, a powerful new feature designed to simplify how organisations view, manage, and track their inclusions in one central place.

Now live in the WiBF Dashboard, IMS is available exclusively to the nominated key contact for each organisation and marks an important step forward in delivering greater transparency, control, and ease of use.

Through a dedicated Inclusion Management page, organisation owners and managers can view their inclusions at a glance, access key resources, and plan confidently for 2026. The system intelligently reflects each organisation’s Membership Plan, whether Diamond, Silver, or Bespoke, dynamically displaying the entitlements that apply.

IMS also introduces greater flexibility with manual event registrations, enabling organisations to add attendees directly and see their inclusion balance update in real time. For administrators, the new Inclusion Snapshot provides a powerful global reporting view, allowing filtering by Program or Organisation, with the option to export data to CSV.

To support engagement and timely action, automated notifications are built in, including custom enrolment emails by program and targeted inclusion reminders sent directly to organisations.

To ensure a smooth rollout, an updated User Manual is ready for distribution to internal teams, supporting confident and consistent use of the system.

The launch of IMS represents more than a new feature. It is a smarter, more streamlined way to manage inclusions, empower organisations, and enhance participation across the WiBF community.
