Mentoring for Success final in-person workshop – Sydney

Time flies! We celebrated the final in-person Sydney workshop for our 2023 WiBF Mentoring for Success Program last week.

The gathering provided an opportunity to engage in insightful discussions between mentors and mentees on their year-long experiences along with the valuable knowledge they’ve accumulated during this 8 month program.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our esteemed panelists who generously shared their wisdom as mentors in the program: Deana Candelori – Regional Chief Operating Officers, Asia/NZ, Commonwealth Bank of Australia; Nickie De Silva – Division Director, Group Treasury, Macquarie; Tarek El Rakshy – Managing Director, Head of Project Finance Australia, SMBC; and Michael Peric – Global Head of Balance Sheet Trading, ANZ.

As we close this chapter of the program, we’d like to express our sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to the success of the WiBF Mentoring for Success Program in 2023. It’s been an incredible journey, and we look forward to the bright futures ahead for our participants.
