Belinda Morgan
Belinda Morgan is a flexible work expert, leadership coach and author.
Her career has spanned a diverse range of roles as an Accountant, Management Consultant, HR Leader and Flexible Work Advisor.
In her work as a consultant, Belinda has seen firsthand how cultures that glorify overwork and prioritise profits above all else can be highly damaging to people’s wellbeing, productivity and results. She has also seen and experienced the enormous positive difference it can make when you find work that is both fulfilling and flexible.
As a result of these experiences, she is now passionate about helping organisations and individuals successfully embed flexible work arrangements in a way that benefits everyone.
Belinda is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Commerce/ Bachelor of Arts from the University of New South Wales.
She is author of the book “Solving the Part-Time Puzzle” and her articles on flexible working have been published in Forbes Magazine and The Australian.
