Building on the foundations established in Level 1, Level 2 represents the next stage of professional and personal growth for leaders seeking to deepen their impact.
This advanced program is designed to be deeper and more challenging, enabling participants to expand their thinking, strengthen their confidence, and lead with clarity and purpose – even in complex and demanding environments.
Unlike traditional wellbeing programs, Level 2 creates the space for thoughtful reflection, practical application, and the development of strategies to perform under pressure. Participants will be supported as they continue their journey of growth, with an emphasis on embedding insights into real-world contexts.
If Level 1 ignites the spark, Level 2 provides the momentum to fuel lasting transformation.

In this program, you’ll build on the foundations established in Level 1, with 5 interactive sessions delivered fortnightly via Zoom.

Group setting via Zoom, in addition to individual coursework.
