WiBF’s 2024 Mentoring for Success Program – Sydney

Congratulations to all our WiBF 2024 Mentoring for Success Program – Sydney Cohort – mentors and mentees for concluding your 8-month journey!

This year, we were proud to welcome 90 participants from over 25 organisations to the Mentoring for Success program. The diversity of knowledge and experience within this cohort has made it a rich and rewarding experience for everyone involved.

We wrapped up the 2024 cohort yesterday with an inspiring in-person session hosted at CommBank Business and Institutional in Sydney. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the growth of our mentors and mentees, who have shared insights, built connections, and evolved together throughout the year.

The event was filled with energy as mentors and mentees came together face-to-face to reflect on their achievements and celebrate the meaningful relationships built along the way. While much of our program is virtual, these in-person moments truly strengthen the bonds that have been formed.
