As we prepare to celebrate WiBF’s incredible 25th anniversary in 2025, we’re thrilled to announce a special gala dinner event that will mark this milestone in style! This black tie gala promises a night of glamour, inspiration, and unforgettable moments.
Join us as we reflect on a quarter-century of impact, celebrate the strides we’ve made toward gender equity, and continue our mission to elevate women into key leadership roles. Together, let’s make 2025 a year to remember!

Soraya Alali – ANZ CEO, Zip
A visionary leader with 25+ years’ experience across digital financial services, retail and business banking, insurance and broking, Soraya is known for driving world-class customer experiences through tech transformation. A 2022 WiBF Award Winner, her leadership spans senior roles at NAB and CBA, including CommSec and the Business Bank. She returns to the stage with insights shaped by her own award-winning experience.
Thomas Beregi – CEO, Credit Corp Group
With nearly two decades at Credit Corp, Thomas brings deep expertise in finance and operations, having previously held leadership roles at Jones Lang LaSalle, Diageo, and PepsiCo. He is a GAICD, CPA and holds degrees in Economics and Law. Thomas brings wisdom, grit and strategic clarity to every conversation.
Zoë Leonard – CEO, Turks
Zoë brings a rare blend of financial acumen and emotional intelligence, shaped by a career in professional services and underpinned by her CA, MBA and leadership in GM and CFO roles. Louise Roberts – Panel Moderator
Louise Roberts is an award-winning journalist, columnist and television commentator with more than two decades of experience shaping conversations across London, New York and Sydney. Winner of the Peter Ruehl Award for Outstanding Columnist at the Kennedy Awards for Excellence in Journalism, Louise is a sought-after moderator. She has hosted discussions for News Corp and international forums such as the Global Hospitality Talk series interviewing senior executives from Hilton, Accor, Radisson, Starwood and Marriott. She is recognised for her ability to draw out candid insights from CEOs and change makers, bringing a journalist’s instinct and warmth to every conversation.
