Therese Tarlinton
Therese Tarlinton is a Think Productive facilitator who helps women in high-pressure roles create more impact with less overwhelm. She knows first-hand what it’s like to work in environments where expectations are high, deadlines are tight, and performance is constantly measured.
A best-selling author and experienced keynote speaker, Therese is known for her practical, commercially-minded approach and her ability to make complex ideas feel simple and usable. In the Productivity Ninja workshops, she brings this experience into the room – helping women in banking and finance build smarter habits, protect their attention, and create space for the deep work and strategic thinking their roles demand.
