WiBF Meditation Series

NEW 2026 PROGRAM – These guided meditation sessions help you shift from focused beta waves to restorative alpha waves, reducing stress, boosting memory, and enhancing clarity.

Morning practices prevent fatigue and anxiety during the workday, while evening sessions release tension, restore calm, and support restful sleep. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike, each session uses breathing, mindfulness, and meditation techniques to strengthen your nervous system and overall wellbeing.

WiBF Meditation Series is available for all WiBF Members regardless of genders and careers levels.
