In this energising and practical masterclass, Dr Ellen Joan Ford brings her award-winning leadership model to the unique challenges faced by women in banking and finance. Drawing on her PhD research, corporate sector experience, and ten years of military service, Ellen delivers a session that is both deeply credible and refreshingly human.

Through an interactive session, participants will:
