Level 2 – WiBF’s Workplace Wellbeing & Flourishing Program

This WiBF program is suitable for participants who have completed the Level 1 of WiBF’s Workplace Wellbeing and Flourishing Program

Program overview:

Building on the foundations established in Level 1, Level 2 represents the next stage of professional and personal growth for leaders seeking to deepen their impact.

This advanced program is designed to be deeper and more challenging, enabling participants to expand their thinking, strengthen their confidence, and lead with clarity and purpose – even in complex and demanding environments.

Unlike traditional wellbeing programs, Level 2 creates the space for thoughtful reflection, practical application, and the development of strategies to perform under pressure. Participants will be supported as they continue their journey of growth, with an emphasis on embedding insights into real-world contexts.

If Level 1 ignites the spark, Level 2 provides the momentum to fuel lasting transformation.

Program dates:

Session 1: Thursday 11th September 2025
Session 2: Thursday 25th September 2025
Session 3: Thursday 9th October 2025
Session 4: Thursday 23rd October 2025
Session 5: Thursday 6th November 2025

Delivery:

5 interactive sessions delivered fortnightly via Zoom, allowing participants to apply their learnings between sessions.

Andrew Rooke

Andrew is a former executive director from the banking, finance and technology industry who has led 100m+ companies and teams of 500+ personnel across the globe. His work has been featured on NBC, CBS, Fox News & USA Today. Andrew has been educated at London Business School and MIT, and trained by world-leading authorities in their disciplines such as Sharon Pearson, Dr. Daniel P. Brown, Paul Chek & Dr. Daniel Amen.

Positive experience to gain a deeper understanding of self-perspectives, emotions, motivations to then apply to different leadership approach given different situations. Would recommend for people reaching a level within their career and needing an opportunity to step back and evaluate how to adjust their leadership styles for further growth.

Course is great in that it’s interactive, and I think it is a useful opportunity to take a step back and reflect on leadership styles and what works well and doesn’t. How the Workshops Will Run

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

In this program, you’ll build on the foundations established in Level 1, with 5 interactive sessions delivered fortnightly via Zoom.

Group setting via Zoom, in addition to individual coursework.

Virtual platform/dashboard which allows participants to view weekly video modules on demand and interact with other participants and Andrew directly in an online forum style community.
