About the facilitator
Karen Stein is an Executive Coach, Keynote Speaker and international multi-award winning author of Be Your Own Leadership Coach (self coaching strategies to lead your way). She draws on more than 30 years of professional services experience, including 24 years as a Partner at Deloitte Australia.
Applying her Master of Science in Coaching Psychology Karen designed Deloitte’s Women Partner Coaching Program coaching ~80 women Partners annually until 2024, helping leaders strengthen confidence, self awareness and long lasting leadership impact.
She co-led Deloitte’s Managing Menopause in the Workplace initiative, delivering menopause group coaching and strategic advice, and was integral to Deloitte becoming the first Australian organisation accredited as a Menopause Friendly Employer. Karen was appointed as a panelist by Menopause Friendly Australia thereafter to assess other organisations towards accreditation.
Now in her own business as Professional Certified Coach with more than 2,500 coaching hours, Karen coaches senior leaders across multiple organisations and speaks widely on leadership, menopause and positive impact at work. Karen is sought after for her leadership insights, which when teamed with her coaching expertise, supports leaders to have long term sustainable positive careers.
