Annella Cox is a Manager in the M&A team within Ernst & Young Global Limited’s Strategy and Transactions Service Line.
Annella Cox is a Manager in the M&A team within EY’s Strategy and Transactions Service Line, working on both buy-side and sell-side transactions across a broad range of sectors. Annella brings with her a background in M&A and ECM law, having spent the early years of her career as a lawyer at Clayton Utz advising clients on acquisitions, divestments, initial public offerings and secondary capital raisings.
Annella commenced her involvement with WiBF in March 2018 as a member of the Finance, Risk and Governance Committee. In 2019, Annella assumed the role of Deputy Secretary and now holds the office of Secretary.
Annella has a combined Commerce (Accounting) / Law degree from the University of Sydney.
