Jessica is a leading licensed financial adviser in Australia and has over 17yrs experience in the Financial Services industry, working with some of the biggest names in finance including, Macquarie Bank, CBA and Zurich. In 2017 she co-founded the award-winning practice Fox & Hare Financial Advice (B-Corp). In 2020, she co-founded Ladies Talk Money – A free online resource for women to learn and to tackle some of the issues around financial inequality that currently exist. She has previously been named in the Financial Stand Power 50, the top 50 most influential advisers in Australia, and awarded the 2019 Newcomer of the Year at the prestigious Independent Financial Advisers (IFA) awards. Recently she launched, The Greenhouse – an online program designed to make accessing affordable financial programs jargon free, stigma free and fun!

Rosalind Coffey is Head of People & Culture and Client Service & Support for Macquarie’s Banking and Financial Services Group and serves on that Group’s Executive Committee. She has Group-wide responsibility for client service capabilities, in addition to leading Human Resources, Talent, Diversity & Inclusion, Recruitment, Learning & Development and Internal Communications. Before joining Macquarie, Ros was Global Head of Talent for Nomura, based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Nomura, Ros was at Lehman Brothers, New York as Global Human Resources Director for Principal Investing and Corporate divisions. She oversaw a global client base of 3,500 individuals in all aspects of human capital management, career development and talent strategy. Ros joined Lehman Brothers in 2002 as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Finance Division, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Ros was the Director of the Financial Services practice of Michael Page International. She was a founding member of Michael Page International’s New York operation and had complete responsibility for building that business from its inception. Earlier in her career Ros worked at Salomon Brothers, London and Esso, Australia. She has travelled extensively throughout Europe, USA, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Ros holds a Bachelor of Economics degree with majors in Accounting, Economics and Commercial Law from the University of Sydney, Australia. She was a founding Board member of Advance.org and served on its Board for ten years.

Eliza Owen was appointed the Head of Research at CoreLogic Australia in 2020.

She has spent almost a decade as a housing market researcher, reporting extensively on key issues including housing affordability, credit conditions and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on housing market performance. In addition to her role at CoreLogic, Eliza is passionate about sharing her knowledge with broader consumer audiences and serves as a state advisory council member for NSW/ACT with CEDA.

Campbell has over 20 years in the financial services industry. He is a trusted adviser to some of Australia’s most financially successful family groups, individuals and organisations. Providing comprehensive wealth management and investment advice to Foundations, NFP organisations, high net worth individuals, senior executives and families seeking a high level of service.

In the investment space, Campbell specialises in private equity, debt markets and has a deep understanding of the sometimes complex financial issues faced by Foundations and NFP organisations.

Prior to joining Macquarie, Campbell worked in several senior leadership roles in one of the world’s largest privately owned companies where he was involved in operations and M&A.

Campbell holds a Bachelor of Business (University of Qld), Masters of Business Administration (Exec) AGSM, Ethics and Professionalism in Financial Advice and ADA Level 2 Derivatives.

He has been with Macquarie for 16 years. Campbell has also been ranked by Barrons as one of the Top 10 Financial advisors in Australia for the last 4 years.
