Caroline Donohue is the founder of BE BETTER COACHING and is a qualified Career & Executive Coach with PCC Accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She specialises in supporting individuals & teams to improve self-awareness & performance, find clarity of purpose, drive change, and set leadership goals to drive outcomes. Prior to coaching, Caroline worked in management roles across large corporates including national retail, finance and media organisations. She is also a mother of three and runs her own consultancy. As a result she has personal experience across corporate management, career break & return, changing career pathways, and all the challenges associated with finding balance, fulfilment & success (on her terms). She also provides pro-bono coaching services with Dress for Success and is on the NSW Leadership Committee for the ICF in Sydney. Her coaching philosophy focuses on driving action & decisions that build confidence, ownership, fulfilment, change through a holistic approach (tailored to the individual).
