Diana has been made a member of the Order of Australia (AM) in 2024 for her significant service to the banking and finance industry as a mentor and director. Since 2019, she has been the independent chair of Women in Banking and Finance.
Diana is a non-executive director and independent business adviser.
Diana has more than 25 years executive director experience in a global accounting firm delivering corporate finance and investment advice across a number of industry sectors.
Diana has more than 15 years non-executive director experience and now combines corporate finance, financial and business management and related strategic advice with Board roles. Diana has a particular interest in transforming medium sized businesses and startup businesses and has successfully advised founders on taking their business to market.
Diana’s focus is working with inspired people to help them achieve worthwhile change. Her bottom line is doing what works best for internal and external stakeholders.
Diana has a Bachelor and Master of Commerce degrees, and is a fellow of Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) , fellow of Chartered Accountants Aust & New Zealand (FCA) and is a fellow of the Governance institute of Australia (FGIA). Diana has successfully completed the Australia Institute of Company Directors Course (GAICD).
