Nicole is currently the Head of Capability at ANZ’s Institutional Bank, where she leads the design and delivery of the capability strategy for the global network. Nicole’s role involves identifying future workforce leadership and learning needs, designing initiatives for workforce readiness, and managing senior external partnerships.

Nicole’s role involves identifying future workforce leadership and learning needs, designing initiatives for workforce readiness, and managing senior external partnerships. Her focus is on building competency and driving behavioural change through diagnosing capability gaps and delivering new learning opportunities. She currently leads programs aimed at increasing the representation of women in leadership roles within ANZ. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) and has over 25 years experience working in various roles within in the financial services industry. Nicole is passionate about supporting women in leadership and financial services. She is an advocate for gender diversity and inclusion, working to create opportunities and support networks for women to thrive in their careers. Nicole believes in the power of mentorship and is dedicated to empowering and helping grow the next generation of female leaders.
