For the past 12 years she has focused on financial services playing a number of in-house and consulting roles leading major programs such as remediation, risk transformation, customer contact transformation, digital product development, re-imagined AI enabled workflows for IB/Investment, complaints culture transformation, broker performance, enterprise AI and new platform development, as well as leading large teams within Accenture across Consulting and Operations. Galia’s background is in organisational psychology and she is based in Melbourne.
